Including Aweta discharge system for full boxes, containing:

• 10 box lifts with chain conveyors
• Conveyor belt of +/- 1200 cm x 60 cm to palletizer
• Computer that knows which box is on each position
• Optional: curved conveyor (€ 2500,-) and other conveyors (€ 2000,-)

As soon as a box is on the lift, the lift goes down and transports through a chain conveyor belt the box under the machine towards discharge conveyor belt. The computer knows which box is on each position on the conveyor belts and could communicate this to a palletizer. 

Machine will be checked and serviced by an engineer before delivery.

The Aweta GS-DV-10 sorting machine have been designed to receive the cucumbers safely and enabling the weighing process to be extremely accurate. The fall-break system guides the cucumbers gently to the tables safeguarding them from falling hard and bruising. The turning receiving tables makes packing very easy and convenient.The accurate weighing system in combination of the camerasizer makes the Aweta cucumber grader a leader in the range of grading. The speed of this weight and length sorting machine is adjustable.
