PAL 108D pallettizzatore con trasportatore a catena

• With chain output conveyor.
• This machine worked together with an automatic pallet supply system. But is now offered as a stand-alone machine. By removing the pallet chain, the machine can operate stand-alone.

This machine has worked together with an automatic pallet supply. But is now offered as stand alone machine.  This can be done by removing the pallet chain. And lowering the plate of the palletizer. 

The machines stood in line with several machines with an automatically feeding and strapping the pallets with corner slats using a mobile shuttle. This palletiser with chain outfeed conveyor is sold separately.

An automatic palletiser that stacks wood, plastic or cardboard boxes and crates onto pallets. The PAL-108D’s rotating infeed and rollers direct the produce into pre-set configurations for stacking.

After each layer is added, a retractable plate and pneumatic clamps move the next layer into position and lower it into the stacking position.

The PAL-108D can be configured to stack heavy, overweight cartons, unstable boxes and crates, export pallets with differing layer configurations.
