Allround RM-8-300 brush polisher for vegetables

The vegetable polisher improves the appearance of fresh vegetables, by removing dirt, debris, and blemishes from the vegetable’s surface, resulting in more premium packed produce. This polisher RM type has a half-round drum made up of a row of nylon brushes. The produce enters the polisher via a transport conveyor and is dropped onto a roller bed, which has a rocking motion. While the produce moves towards the outfeed, brushes polish the produce. Two water pipes spray fresh and/or recycled water on the produce as it travels through the drum. Produce is washed/polished as it rubs against other produce as well as the rotating brushes. The polisher RM type is made of mild steel. In the mild steel, the frame of the polisher is made of painted mild steel, and the bearings and drive/idle rollers are made of mild steel. In the polisher RM type, the produce flow is controlled by a manual drum valve
