Pneumatic destacker with electronic management designed for inserting the thermoformed pots into the relative trays.

The trays are unstacked in the first station, they continue on the conveyor belt towards the second where the special mechanism deposits the pots.

Filler RC5

Machine which, thanks to the special perforated belt, allows homogeneous filling with substrate on inserted pots, not flush, on the pot holder tray.

The filling system is equipped with an electronic control for automatic feeding of substrate to the filling head. This makes it possible to achieve excellent filling quality and work cycle fluidity. The belt speed adjustment is electronic, as is that of the rotary filling system.

The belt, which copies the shape of the pots, is made to measure each time according to the customer’s needs. This allows for precise filling, limiting the substrate content which would deposit in the interstitial space between the pots.

The conveyor belt in the tray filler is currently suitable for pots with a diameter of 9 and 9.5 cm. However, this belt is replaceable and also due for replacement. With additional parts, it can be adapted for other pot sizes and trays. mak een samenvatting

The machine comes standard with:

• Integrated mill for shredding the substrate
• Recovery belt that allows the excess soil to be reintroduced into the loading hopper after filling each tray.Tray Destacker

Discharge conveyor 650 x 45 cm 

Capacity: 600 trays per hour
With 12 pots per tray, this amounts to 7,200 pots per hour.
