Da Ros LR650 seeding line consisting of:

Hole pressure station: Dimples are pressed straight into the tray for better seed placement.

Drum seeder: The seed is taken up into the seed container with negative pressure in the seeding drum. To get good coverage on the seeding roller, it vibrates (adjustable) and moves the seed container back and forth about 2 cm. The excess seed is blown away in the upper part and deposited in the lower part exactly 5-10 mm above the sowing point (low drop height).
The last set values, such as speed, suction pressure, spreader and stacker, are stored in the programme of the selected tray. All values of the trays to be processed are stored in the machine and retrieved by the operator.
There is a counting function on the seeder, which makes it possible to set how many trays of a particular type you want to sow.

Spreader with broom: The seed is then sprinkled with sand/soil and watered. This is electronically controlled by the seeder.
Tray stacker: The stacking height is adjustable.
Roller conveyor 3 meter with end stop

Seeding drums and blowers for 288 cell trays and Ambika inset trays with 12 cells per insert tray (total per tray = 8 insert trays with 12 = 96 cells)

• 5 seeding drums 0,2 / 0,3 / 0,4 /1 mm

This seeder has done very little, i.e. a total of 19500 trays.
