The specifications of the filler are as follows:

  • For trays from 500g to 1kg
  • Can also do packages of 250 - 400 gram with some adjustments*
  • Electric frame for automatic operation
  • With double filling funnels model TF2-127 for filling two trays simultaneously
  • Output from 35 to 50 trays/min.
  • Installation: 1.5KWAir consumption: 120 Nl/min. at 6 bar

Suitable for many types of fruits and vegetables, such as cherry tomatoes, regular tomatoes, citrus fruits, onions, garlic, and stone fruits. Previously used by the former owner for plums.

* If necessary, we can adjust this for you. To make suitable for 250 - 400 gram trays. This does involve some additional costs.
What needs to be done for this is the following:
- Funnel narrowing
- Add compressed air blow nozzle, to keep smaller tray in place
- Make side guide higher
