• This machine has been used as weighing machine for potatoe wedges. 
• This machine is equipped with a slope chain conveyor system.
• The useful buffer capacity of this bunker is 200 to 250 kg of potatoes.

Using a touch screen, filling weight, parameters and other functions can be set and read. Operation of the machine also takes place from this touchscreen control box.

The following settings are possible:

• Automatic taring after an adjustable number of weighings;
• Creation of own recipes.

The product to be weighed is transported to the weighing bin by the modular conveyor belt. As soon as the fill weight in the weighing bin approaches the set weight, the feed speed of the conveyor automatically adjusts. This ensures that the fill weight approaches the set weight as closely as possible. After the set weight is reached, the feed belt will stop and the contents of the weighing bin can be unloaded manually. After unloading, the weighing belt is refilled and the cycle repeated.
The maximum capacity of the weighing bin is 25 litres (± 15 kg of potatoes). The machine's hopper is demountable and the support platform is adjustable in height.

Capacity: 
Depending on product diameter, fill weight and weighing method (batch weighing or lot weighing) ± 1,200 - 1,800 kg per hour.
