The Dorphy is a lower-capacity block-cutting machine designed to evenly cut a wide variety of vegetables, fruit, potatoes and bakery products into cubes, strips and slices. The machine offers food processors precision cutting and significant savings in production time and product wastage. The clean-cut quality leads to longer shelf life of the finished product.

Applications
The Dorphy is widely used in various sectors such as fruit and vegetable processing factories, canteens commercial kitchens, catering services and R&D centres.
The machine is suitable for any product with firm texture, such as potatoes, beets, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, peppers, onions, gherkins and courgettes,as well as broccoli and cauliflower.
More delicate products can also be sliced, such as apples, pears, strawberries peaches and mangoes.
