Fimer automatic bottle filling and labelling line

Suitable for glass bottles with tin cap pressed on them. Such as wine bottles, olive oil bottles, fruit juices and glass water bottles. Suitable for non-carbonated liquids.

Consists of: Infeeder, filler, capper and labelling.

• Incl. set for 100 to 200 ml (is now in the machine)
• Incl. set for 1 to 1.5 liter bottles
• Incl. set for 500 ml bottles
• Incl. additional filling valves for larger bottles
• Incl. two caps printing sets (see pictures for cap sizes)

Has never been used for toxic substances. Only for food. Can also be used for non-food liquids.

In 2021 completely overhauled with new Siemens Simatic 7-1200 plc with touch screen. After overhaul the machine has been used very little and is therefore in top condition.
