The powerful WG 900 web grader is easy to integrate into the intake line thanks to its compact design and the new height-adjustable chassis. Due to an optimised course of the rubber web, the usable sorting area could be increased by up to 15% compared to its predecessor. However, the overall length of the rubber web remained the same, so the rubber webs of the previous model can still be used. The product-friendly 900 mm wide rubber web with conically shaped meshes, thanks to its infinitely variable drive, allows ideal matching of sorting accuracy and conveying capacity. A paddle pusher gently pushes out any jammed product from the meshes in front of the drive drum. The new 800 mm wide sorting discharge belt ensures optimum product transfer of sorted product onto the following conveyor, regardless of the angle it is positioned in relation to the web grader. For sorting in different sizes in one working passage, several WG 900 machines can be easily coupled one behind the other without conversion as standard. To adapt the rubber web to the desired grading size faster and easier, the unique QuickConnect quick-change system ensures up to 70% less downtime in contrast to conventional connection systems.
