Description:

Lauwers selfdriven topbeltlifter for tree nursery

Lauwers self-driven harvester for the tree nursery

  • Air-cooled, 120 HP, Deutz engine, 6 cylinder
    • +/- 5600 running hours
  • Harvesting plough 35 cm wide
  • Hydraulic depth adjustment
  • Track following
  • Deleafer
  • Cutting knife
  • Turntable to support the plants
  • Sleeve/wrapping area
  • Space for a Rasppe binding machine
    • Complete with hydraulic take-off drive for easy connection of the binding machine
  • Storage bunker hydraulically foldable, for easy unloading of harvested product

This machine is used for harvesting and tying various bare-root flowers and plants, such as conifers and wild roses.

With this self-propelled machine, you can easily harvest various trees or wild roses. The harvesting mechanism is equipped with a deleafer, track following and hydr. depth adjustment to achieve the best harvesting result. The plants are then transported into the harvester via clamping belts. In this process, the plants are also loosenend from the ground using a beater and there is a rotating knife that cuts off the plants at the top (this can be dismantled). A rotating disc then leads the plants to a sleeve/binding section. Here, the plants can be wrapped and/or bound by hand, or even bound with a binding machine. Here, there is room for a binding machine and a hydraulic PTO drive that can be mounted on the binding machine. The plants are then placed in the bunker by hand and, upon return to the farm, this can be hydraulically folded out so that all plants can be easily unloaded.

For transport, the hood can be dismantled, the height for transport then becomes 280 cm, but the hood cannot be transported on the same wagon and will have to be transported on a separate wagon.
