Sorma PAL 108 F plate palletising system 

Consisting of: 

• 3 Sorma PAL 108 F plate palletizers with chain conveyor to discharge full pallets
• Suitable for different sizes, suitable for stacking wood, plastic, IFCO and Steco boxes.
• This palletizer was designed to achieve high capacities.
• Languages available: English, Italian, French, Spanish, German and Dutch 
• Palletizers can also work stand alone without pallet desctacker and pallet discharge chain.

Sorma palletizer enables you to automatically stack boxes or crates on pallets. This smart stacking system offers you not only considerable labour reductions, but it is also ergonomically. Furthermore, the boxes and crates are stacked very nicely.

Each palletiser can accommodate 14 different programmes for div. box and pallet sizes:

• 100 x 120 cm pallets:
  • 10 boxes of 30 x 40 cm per layer
    • 2 rows of 3 boxes lengthwise
    • 1 row of 4 boxes in width
  • 8 boxes of 30 x 50 cm per layer
    • 2 rows of 4 boxes lengthwise
  • 7 boxes of 33 x 50 cm per layer (with the boxes protruding 6 cm on the 100 cm side of the pallet)
    • 2 rows of 2 boxes lengthwise
    • 1 row of 3 boxes in width
  • 6 boxes of 40 x 50 cm per layer
    • 2 rows of 3 boxes in width
  • 5 boxes of 40 x 60 cm per layer
    • 1 row of 3 boxes in width
    • 1 row of 2 boxes in length
  • 10 boxes of 28 x 38 cm per layer
    • 1 row of 3 boxes lengthways
    • 1 row of 4 boxes in width
    • 1 row of 3 boxes lengthwise

Condition: Professionally dismantled after testing that the machine is in good working condition. Will be sold without overhaul.
