Ulma Florida flowpack machine.

This machine is suitable to flowpack produce without a tray like bell peppers, citrus, mango and avocado. 
Because the sealing roller are at the bottom, this machine could also be used to pack products on a tray. 

A flow packer extends the shelf life of a product by means of the hermetically sealed packaging.

• Narrow infeed conveyor belt with pusher. Width of rollers on the side is adjustable 
• Product sensor at the end of the infeed conveyor. To feed the products into the machine at the correct distance
• Undersealer
• Feeders above the sealing rollers
• Only for unprinted film
• Double film roll holder 
• Machine works from left to right
• Width of sealing bar 30 cm
• 3 pairs of rolls (fold, pull and seal rolls)
• Adjustable folding unit for the film
