Flowpacker with infeed belt for packaging products on trays in a closed foil.

A flow packer extends the shelf life of a product by means of the hermetically sealed packaging.

  • Infeed conveyor belt with sensor. To feed the trays into the machine at the correct distance
  • Undersealer (very suitable for products on trays)
  • Only for unprinted film
  • Machine works from left to right
  • Width of sealing bar 30 cm
  • 3 pairs of rolls (fold, pull and seal rolls)
  • With lay-on / supply belt
  • Adjustable folding unit for the plastic
  • Max. 100 packs per minute (depending on pack length) 

Received a complete service check and maintenance by specialized mechanic:

  • New knive
  • Drive system of the rotating sealing bar is renewed, such as sprockets, axles and chain
  • New conveyor belt
