Mafo 2-line industrial tray and cratewasher with A dryer 340MGN + 370MA

This machine is built in accordance with the requirements of the EC machine directive 98/37-CE and therefore has a "CE marking".

Cleaning takes place according to the following processes:

Input: a powered table, length 1.5 meters, for setting up the crates and trays.

Main wash: The tank is filled with hot water from the hot water system (± 40ºC). A large amount of water is sprayed at a correctly adjusted temperature through nozzles on all sides of the products to be cleaned. A cleaning agent can be added to the water. so that water and energy consumption remain limited. The spray pattern is adapted to the products to be cleaned and ensures optimal cleaning results.

Recirculated rinse: to save water, the rinse water is recirculated. A tank with ± 250 liters is filled with clean warm water at ± 40ºC. It is kept at a washing temperature of ± 60ºC with 1 heating element of 10 kW. The water circulates back into the tank through a filter drawer. The rinse water is refreshed by means of automatic tank filling. A relaxant can be added to the rinse water to improve the blow-off result.

Blow-off unit:

Here, cold air is blown over the washed products by precisely adjusted air knives to blow off the remaining adhering moisture as much as possible. However, the end result depends on the product form, use of a relaxant in the rinse and the temperature of the rinse water.
