Willburg buffer collection belts

The buffer belt system is a universal collection system for practically all sizes of pots and trays. Gathering makes it possible to pick up and move large numbers of pots or trays at once using a potting fork. Willburg's buffer belts have a compact design with no protruding parts. Depending on the pot size, the belt can transport and collect up to 3,500 pots per hour. The buffer belt is suitable for both round and square pots.

Willburg pot washing machine

A plant grown with love should also show this in the store or garden centre. It belongs in a clean pot without deposits and algae on the outside. However, cleaning pots takes a lot of time. The Willburg pot washer is a machine made to clean pots efficiently and thoroughly. This way, the pot washer can be incorporated into a delivery line. After placing the pots on the pot washer conveyor belt, they are passed through the pot washing line. Here the pots are washed with four vertical brushes and one horizontal brush against algae deposits. In addition, the plants can be supplied with an adjustable amount of water during washing by means of a spray tube above the machine. The pot washer is suitable for both round and square pots.
