Potveer Quality Buncher

The Potveer Quality buncher is a semi-automatic bunching machine for tulips, peonies, gladioli and various summer flowers. This type was developed by Potveer in collaboration with Havatec. This machine makes bunches of 5-25 stems per bunch. The Potveer Quality Buncher bunching machine is suitable for small and large tulip growers and ensures a labour saving of at least one person. By using this semi-automatic bunching machine, you are less dependent on the availability of skilled seasonal workers.

The Potveer Quality Buncher bunching machine is simple and effective. The flowers are manually levelled with the aid of a line laser or stop. The rotating blade cuts the flowers to the set length. The stem margin can be set with two sensors. The flowers that are too short are automatically sorted, so that no flowers that are too short end up in the bunch. Then the machine automatically counts the number of flowers and makes a bunch with the set number of stems.
