Espera checkweigher

A checkweigher checks whether the weight of a packaging is correct. The packaging must not be underweight or overweight. A maximum and a minimum weight can be set in the Espera checkweigher. The packaging is weighed by a load cell. This is often located under or on the conveyor belt and is very accurate. Does the weight of the packaging deviate too much? Then the packaging is removed from the line by a pusher or a distinction is made because the packaging does not receive a sticker.

Espera weighing/pricing machines

A weighing/pricing machine is a combination of a weighing and labelling machine. The price per packaging is calculated on the basis of the weight and the set price per kg. A label with this price is then stuck on the packaging. Espera weighing/pricing machines are often also equipped with a check weighing function. If the weight of the packaging deviates too much from the set values, it will not receive a label. The products without a label are usually separated from each other at the turntable.
