About second-hand Basrijs machines

Basrijs produces machinery for the field produce, horticultural and arboriculturalindustries for crops such as leeks, asparagus, strawberries, fruit, leafy vegetables and arboricultural products.

Basrijs was founded as a local mechanics firm by Bastiaansen in 1967. The firm developed its first machine in 1975: a dibbing machine for leeks, marketed under the brand name Basrijs (BAStiaansen from RIJSbergen). Developing machinery soon became Basrijs’ core business.

Basrijs’ range of products includes planting machines, harvesters and machines for plastic applications such as plastic-laying machines, planting hole punchers and plastic lifters. The majority of Basrijs machines are developed for specific crops.

Basrijs produces the following machines, among others: belt-fed planting machines, disc planting machines, depth-adjustable planting machines, dibbing machines, row fertilisers, plant lifters with vibrating grates and strawberry bed harvesters.
